Despite being a durable man-made stone, quartz can lose some of its regular attributes if it is not properly maintained. The surface will therefore be more vulnerable to stains and watermarks. We always advise our customers to follow our cleaning instructions for quartz countertops.

The upkeep of quartz worktops involves some fundamentals. One of the lowest care countertops is quartz, although it still needs to be cleaned every day with a moist cloth. To prevent surface-level pools of water, you should also clean up spills as soon as they occur. The more harm that is likely to be done depends on how long the material is left on the quartz.Wiping your worktops down after each use is an excellent habit that will help keep the surface looking nicer for a lot longer.

YOU SHOULD CLEAN YOUR QUARTZ WORKTOP WITH GENTLE PRODUCTS.

It’s not a good idea to use a scouring pad to clean your worktop. However, you must still make sure the cloth you select is not in any way abrasive. The finest solution is by far microfibre cloths. They are highly absorbent in addition to being soft.

Despite how resilient your quartz worktop is, we strongly advise against using harsh chemicals on it, such as caustic soda, bleach, or citrus-based cleaners. These abrasive cleaning agents will compromise the worktop’s seal. We advise using warm, soapy water, however regular water will do. Use a mild alcohol cleaning in your kitchen to keep it clear of microorganisms.
